Made-to-Order

Each Haati Chai piece is handcrafted in our Downtown Los Angeles studio.
Production time: 2–7 weeks depending on complexity
Shipping: Overnight once your piece is complete

Order Timeline

To maintain the highest level of craftsmanship, orders are fulfilled in scheduled cycles:

• Aug 1 – Oct 30, 2025 → Ships week of Nov 30, 2025
• Nov 1 – Nov 20, 2025 → Ships week of Dec 8, 2025
• After Nov 20, 2025 → Ships after Jan 10, 2026

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Haati Chai design is covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
We will repair or replace craftsmanship-related issues at no cost
(excluding loss, theft, or damage from improper handling).
